Membership is extended by invitation and approval only. The Sanctuary Perth reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as communicated upon membership approval.
All members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and professionalism. Sessions are conducted within agreed boundaries established during the initial consultation. Any behaviour outside of these agreed boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session and membership.
Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of the sanctuary's location, other members, and the nature of services provided. Breach of confidentiality may result in termination of membership.
